Shipping Information  

Arhaus delivers anywhere in the United States and abroad, offering a variety of delivery options. The following information is a general overview of our delivery services and options. For specific details on the delivery of your order, please contact us at at 1.866.427.4287 or email us at shop@arhaus.com.

Local Delivery - $85
  • Delivery within a zero to 35 mile radius of any store location
  • Full White Glove Service
  • Deliveries take place Tuesday through Saturday in most markets
  • Customer is contacted one to two days prior with a delivery reminder and time frame

    White Glove Service Includes:
  • Two Arhaus delivery professionals
  • Product assembly and placement inside the home
  • Removal of all packaging materials and debris
  • Two hour delivery time window
  • Automated ETA calls updating the customer as the driver team progresses through the route
  • Option of a direct, one-hour call ahead from the driver team to the customer prior to arrival

     

  • Extended Local Delivery - $145 to $160
  • Delivery within a 36 to 50 mile radius of any store location
  • Full White Glove Service
  • Deliveries take place Tuesday through Saturday in most markets
  • Customer is contacted one to two days prior with a delivery reminder and time frame
  • Delivery fee is dependent upon geographic location

    White Glove Service Includes:
  • Two Arhaus delivery professionals
  • Product assembly and placement inside the home
  • Removal of all packaging materials and debris
  • Two hour delivery time window
  • Automated ETA calls updating the customer as the driver team progresses through the route
  • Option of a direct, one-hour call ahead from the driver team to the customer prior to arrival

     

  • National Delivery
  • Delivery areas fall outside 51 miles of any store location
  • A trusted, professional third party delivery company is contracted to deliver the merchandise
  • Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. by appointment
  • One to two days prior, the contracted delivery company contacts the customer directly to specify a delivery date and time frame
  • Delivery fee is dependent upon geographic location and service option selected (see below for descriptions)

    National Delivery Service Options:

    WHITE GLOVE SERVICE: $299 to $499
  • Delivery inside the home
  • Two delivery professionals
  • Product assembly and room placement
  • Removal of all packaging materials and debris
  • Best for larger, heavier pieces or those that require moderate assembly
  • Please allow approximately 15 to 20 working business days for delivery once the merchandise is scheduled to leave the warehouse


  • CURBSIDE SERVICE: $200 to $300
  • Delivery to driveway/curbside
  • One delivery professional
  • Customer is responsible for placement inside the home and disposal of packaging material and debris
  • Best for small to mid-sized pieces requiring light or no assembly
  • Please allow approximately 5 to 8 working business days for delivery once the merchandise is scheduled to leave the warehouse

     

  • Parcel Shipping: UPS
  • For small accessories and soft goods
  • Shipping and handling charges are based upon the merchandise value shipped to each address
  • Most in-stock items will arrive approximately 5 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date the order is placed

    Expedited Parcel Shipments:

    • 2-Day: Please add $15 to the above delivery cost

    • Next Day Air: Please add $25 to the above delivery cost

    Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International Orders:
    If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories or anywhere outside the continental U.S., we are happy to serve you.

    Damage Claims:
    Please open and inspect the contents of your package(s) upon delivery.  If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise received, contact our Customer Service team at 1.800.777.1745, ext. 3050.

    If you are delivered as part of our National Delivery Program, please contact us at 800.777.1745, ext. 3060 prior to the delivery personnel leaving the home.

    Delivery Surcharges:
    The size, weight and breakable nature of our mirrors require special packaging to ensure safe delivery.  An additional delivery charge of $75 will be applied to these items.

    To track/confirm a National Delivery:

    Clearance Center/Floor Sample Deliveries:
    Merchandise purchased at one of our clearance centers, or as a floor sample from one of our stores, can be delivered to a local address with a trusted third party delivery service. 

    Delivery of clearance center pieces or floor samples is not available on our National Delivery Program. 

    Delivery fees vary by location.  Please see any sales associate for more details.
