How to Enter: Beginning 3/16/09 through 12/31/09, go to any Arhaus Furniture location or enter at www.arhaus.com and complete the registration with email address to be automatically entered into the Arhaus Furniture $5,000 Gift Card Contest. You will be notified if you are selected as the winner. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be completed by 11:59:59 PM on 12/31/09. By registering in the contest, you have provided Arhaus Furniture with permission to send future email communications. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use any device or method to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or method to enter multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries submitted by the entrant will be void. Arhaus is not responsible for any change to email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Arhaus Furniture or its affiliates, and their direct family members are not eligible to participate. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Random Drawing: 1 winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/4/10 from among all valid entries received by the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified on the Website, and by phone, mail and/or email at Arhaus Furniture' s discretion. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (ARV)/ODDS: One $5,000 prize will be awarded to the winner at the Arhaus Furniture retail location closest to their residence. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Limit one (1) prize per person. General: Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected at our discretion. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted. By participating, entrants and winner release and agree to hold harmless Arhaus Furniture, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Winners acknowledge that neither Arhaus nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to Arhaus Furniture's terms and conditions.
